NORMAL UK DELIVERY SCHEDULE

ITC endeavours to offer a same day dispatch* service on all orders made before the following cut off times

All items that are in stock will be despatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. All orders received after 2pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. UK Mainland orders below £300 (excl. VAT) are subject to a £9.95 handling and packaging fee.

As soon as your order is despatched we will notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone within normal working hours (9am – 5pm) We will always try to send a complete order, on the rare occasion we cannot complete an order or one of the items is non stock we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to see how you would like to proceed with your order and delivery options.

Next day delivery is defined as “the next working day following your order between 8am and 2pm”. We will always ship next day where possible however delivery to outlying areas can take longer even when it is out on a next day service. Please make allowances for this if you know you are in an outlying area.

All deliveries will be made via our selected carrier companies. The carrier company driver will require a signature for the package in order for them to be able to leave it. No parcel will be left without a signature. In the event the customer is not there to sign for the parcel with courier will leave a card detailing their actions e.g. left with neighbour or taken back to local depot. The card will list details of how to arrange a redelivery or details enabling you to arrange collection of the parcel from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if this is specified when placing the order. We will not ship to PO box addresses. We also use a dedicated pallet courier service for bulky orders. Please ensure you have appropriate facilities to offload and handle pallets if you wish to order larger/heavier goods. If it is necessary to palletise the goods there may be a surcharge for this, if this is the case we will contact you before despatching your order.

We strongly suggest that you, as the recipient of the goods check them and their outer packaging thoroughly. If you can see any damage to the packaging you must sign for the goods as “damaged”. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods “unexamined” to allow us to take any claims up with our courier companies. If the package is not signed for under these terms and it is indeed damaged the claim process can become very difficult and drawn out with the courier. Shipping costs of goods can change without notice. ITC reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery.
